TECHNIQUE:
Surya Mudra |
Sitting in Padmasana bring ring finger under thump finger
Touch the third (ring) finger to the pad of thumb.
Press the thumb gently over this third (ring) finger.

Keep the other fingers aloof.
Practice it daily morning and evening for 15 minutes.
BENEFITS:
It cures mental heaviness.
It also reduces body fat.
Both obesity and mental tension will reduce.
The mudra is good for weight loss.
