TECHNIQUE
Supta Veer Asana |
Sit on the floor in Vajra Asana. Keep the body and eyes straight.
Start slowly, recline the trunk, back and rest the elbows one by one on the floor.
Ensure that the back and head touch the ground. Raise the hands forward just above the head and stretch as much as possible.
Breathe evenly and keep the body relaxed.
Slowly come back and relax in the original position.
