It is a variation of Veer Asana. In this Asana one has to recline back on the floor. This Asana can be practiced even after taking food.
TECHNIQUESupta Veer Asana
Sit on the floor in Vajra Asana. Keep the body and eyes straight.
Start slowly, recline the trunk, back and rest the elbows one by one on the floor.
Ensure that the back and head touch the ground....
