Ending a practice with a guided relaxation and pranayama is a great way to end a yoga and meditation session. Pranayama, or breathing exercises, can help to bring the body and mind to a more relaxed state, which allows the individual to feel more connected to their inner self. Pranayama can also be used to help individuals reach a deeper level of meditation. Guided relaxation is a great way to end a practice as it helps to relax the body and mind and can also be used to help cultivate a sense of peace and calm. Guided relaxation can be done in either a seated or lying down position and can include anything from simple breathing exercises to visualization techniques.
